Welcome to my blog in which I hope I can help my wife to raise awareness of her condition Fibromyalgia and maybe go some way to helping the partners, friends and family of those suffering with the same disease to understand from 'the other side'. I'm also a sufferer of depression and would like to share my thoughts on this and the battle i've had for nearly twenty years.

Butterfly has 9 hours solid sleep, never known it!

Hello,

It's the day after the night before, Sally took her first dose of LDN last night, she slept from 12.30 last night through to 9.30 this morning, solid, that means no waking, stirring. I have been together with Sally for just over two years (yes it seems longer), and in that time i've never known her do that, it's incredible.

Just thought i'd share, if it's the LDN, and think it may be, well wonderful.
