Welcome to my blog in which I hope I can help my wife to raise awareness of her condition Fibromyalgia and maybe go some way to helping the partners, friends and family of those suffering with the same disease to understand from 'the other side'. I'm also a sufferer of depression and would like to share my thoughts on this and the battle i've had for nearly twenty years.

Enjoy reading and please feel free to leave comments.

Detox, Botox and Laptops

To be fair, there's nothing about botox here, but i thought the title sounded good, so there.

Detox, Sally's on day 6, and doing so well i'm so proud of her, yes she's in pain, but no opiates for 2 weeks means LDN, and that's were she's heading.

Suzanne is a glowing example and encouragement for her, so pleased how she's getting on with the LDN. Seeing he doctor tomorrow for a one week catch up, and hopefully a step forward to the LDN, fingers crossed for 9.50am tomorrow then.

Laptops, please, it's a full time IT job at home, the kids ruin everything PC related, and i'm left trying to cobble a laptop together from nothing, however i'm using a re-built one now, fingers crossed it will last a while, or else ebay here i come.

Now i must dash for some meds, i have the flashy bits in my eyes that heralds the start of a migraine, and we don't want that, one of us has to keep strong!!
