Welcome to my blog in which I hope I can help my wife to raise awareness of her condition Fibromyalgia and maybe go some way to helping the partners, friends and family of those suffering with the same disease to understand from 'the other side'. I'm also a sufferer of depression and would like to share my thoughts on this and the battle i've had for nearly twenty years.

Enjoy reading and please feel free to leave comments.

Tomorrow is D-Day for Sally

1.30am, yes an early night for me, Doctor at 9.30am with Sally tomorrow, we discuss the Low Dose Naltrexone, and get the prescription for it, how very exciting!!

Also on a plus, bought Sal a new laptop today, and it's pink, so she's very happy, I think it's cheered her up a bit and took her mind of FM for a little bit. Webcams on the way too, a pink one for Sal of course, and then, no doubt the new area of video blogging, again very exciting!!

Night night, until the next time.
